Goals

During this course you will learn:

  • To manage children and young people with primary bedwetting without daytime symptoms in primary care where possible.
  • To refer for specialist review where bedwetting has not responded to initial treatments.
  • To refer children and young people with primary bedwetting and daytime symptoms to secondary care or an enuresis clinic.
  • To manage the underlying cause of secondary bedwetting in primary care where possible, or arrange referral if appropriate
  • To provide appropriate information and advice to help with bedwetting.
