  • Use of compression stockings in the management of venous disease affecting the legs.

Goals

During this course you will learn to:

• Make an accurate assessment of the person before prescribing compression stockings.
• Prescribe the correct strength of compression.
• Prescribe the correct length of stocking (below knee or above knee).
• Provide appropriate advice to patients on how to use compression stockings.
