Goals
During this course you will learn:
- The background to the condition.
- Who should be offered hepatitis B vaccination.
- To give advice to reduce the risk of a person contracting hepatitis B infection.
- To make a diagnosis of hepatitis B infection.
- To appropriately refer all people who test positive for hepatitis B infection.
- To admit people with hepatitis B to hospital, when necessary.
- To provide people with hepatitis B with information about the disease and advice on how to prevent transmission.
