• How a person's risk of CVD should be managed with use of statins.

Goals

During this course you will learn to:

• Prescribe appropriate lipid modification therapy for the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD).
• Provide appropriate follow up for people on lipid modification therapy.
• Identify and refer people who need specialist management
