Biography

Michael Skarlatos is a registered dietitian with over 10 years' experience as a clinician and researcher in the NHS. He is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their health goals through personalised and effective guidance in nutrition and behaviour change, with a focus on metabolic health such as diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome and obesity management. He is an education and research associate at the Leicester Diabetes Centre where he contributes to cutting-edge research in diabetes and obesity management.
