Michael Skarlatos, a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience as a clinician and researcher in the NHS health service. Michael is passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their health goals through personalised and effective guidance in nutrition and behaviour change, with a focus on metabolic health such as diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome and obesity management.

As an education and research associate at the prestigious Leicester Diabetes Centre, Michael actively contributes to cutting-edge research in diabetes and obesity management. He integrates the latest research findings into his practice to provide personalised and effective guidance.

Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated a commitment to ongoing professional development. He holds a Master’s level qualification in Supplementary Prescribing, He excels in motivational interviewing techniques, fostering clients' intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy. Additionally, his expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supported by an APT Level 2 qualification, allows him to address barriers hindering clients' progress toward their health goals.
