Goals

During this course you will learn to:

  • Make a diagnosis of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
  • Manage women with vulvovaginal candidiasis, including women with severe infection, pregnant women, women with diabetes mellitus, and women who are immunocompromised or taking immunosuppressive drugs.
  • Manage treatment failure following initial treatment for vulvovaginal candidiasis.
  • Prevent or reduce the risk of recurrence of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
  • Manage women with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.
