Goals

During this course you will learn to:

  • Prescribe appropriate antiplatelet treatment for the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
  • Assess and to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding associated with antiplatelet treatment.
  • Manage antiplatelet-associated dyspepsia.
  • Manage people taking antiplatelets who need surgery or dental treatment.
